Montessori Nursery Fees

We are delighted to be offering working families Early years funding to those eligible. The Program offers 15 and 30 hours of funding for children aged 9 months 4 years.

From September 2024, 15 hours childcare support will be extended to eligible working parents of children from the age of 9 months to 3-year-olds. Click here to check your eligibility and apply.

Fees & Funding FAQs

We highly recommend you book a tour of the nursery. A manager will be able to show you around and answer questions on fees and funding.

  • Our fees are calculated based on the 49 weeks we are open and then divided into 12 equal monthly payments. The monthly fee includes bank and public holidays as well as inset days, which are payable in full in spite of closure, due to staffing salaries.

  • Fees include all meals, snacks, nappies and activities.

    It does not include formula milk and barrier cream as this is exclusive to your child.

  • The registration fee is £150. This is payable when you submit an application.

  • Yes we do. We offer a 5% discount for the first sibling and 10% off the second.

  • The fees are still payable. The outgoings remain the same even when your child doesn’t attend.

  • Yes, ad hoc days are charged at £120.

  • Yes, annually in September. The fees on our website are currently for 2024/2025.

  • At Wetherby Children wear uniform from 2 years old. Uniform is available from Pullens Uniform Shop in Northwood or online at  Uniform4Kids.

Funding and Discounts

  • Although we are open for 49 weeks, Government funding is structured for 38 weeks of the year (term time), so the funded hours are stretched over the 49 weeks that we are open. This works out to be 11 hours per week. The same applies for the 30 hour funding which is stretched equating to 21 hours per week.

    • If you receive Working Families Funding, this available from 10 months.

    • All three year olds start receiving funding the term after their birthday.

  • Yes. Just provide us with your payment code so we can allocate it to your account.

  • We have a list of registered voucher providers however we will register new companies. Please contact the FOH for more information.
